Clinical Operations Lead, Respiratory Care
Overview
Own clinical operations across Northern California branches, ensuring respiratory care quality and compliance for SuperCare Health, a leading post-acute in-home provider. You will lead a team of Respiratory Therapists, drive training initiatives, and serve as the clinical liaison to the Director of Clinical for enterprise-wide programs. What You'll Do9
- 1Lead clinical competency assessments and validations for RT staff to meet Joint Commission standards.
- 2Design and deliver clinical training programs for onboarding, telehealth workflows, and respiratory equipment use.
- 3Conduct weekly quality reviews, analyze findings, and coach peers and Area Managers on care improvements.
- 4Oversee RT2/Trainers and run bi-weekly huddles to align team on initiatives and relay frontline feedback.
- 5Review physician orders and clinical documentation for respiratory equipment to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- 6Perform comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized Plans of Care with patients and caregivers.
- 7Support telehealth clinical workflows, virtual assessments, and remote troubleshooting with clinical leadership.
- 8Audit clinical practices and compliance, maintaining strict adherence to policies and regulatory standards.
- 9Collaborate with marketing and internal teams to provide clinical education and product insights.
Requirements7
- 1Active RCP license in each state of practice and RRT or CRT credential.
- 23+ years of field-based or home care respiratory therapy experience.
- 3Advanced knowledge of respiratory therapy practices, equipment, and patient care standards.
- 4Strong communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills.
- 5Proven ability to exercise independent judgment and lead by influence.
- 6Detail-oriented with strong documentation and organizational skills.
- 7Patient-focused mindset with a genuine desire to support others.
