- 1Build and lead a high performing team focused on recruitment enrollment student success and career placement
- 2Achieve enrollment arrival retention and placement goals through strong leadership and accountability
- 3Establish and strengthen partnerships with schools workforce agencies employers tribal organizations community groups and social service providers
- 4Create a culture focused on performance customer service teamwork and continuous improvement
- 5Develop staff through coaching mentoring performance management and professional growth opportunities
- 6Use data performance metrics and operational reporting to drive decision making and improve results
- 7Ensure exceptional experiences for prospective students applicants employers and community partners
- 8Maintain compliance with federal workforce development requirements contract standards and organizational policies
- 9Collaborate with center leadership and external stakeholders to ensure successful student outcomes from recruitment through employment
- 10Serve as primary operational leader for outreach admissions workforce transition and community engagement activities throughout the assigned territory
Requirements9
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 23-5 seasons leading teams responsible for recruitment enrollment student success and career placement
- 3Valid driver's license
- 4Bachelor's degree in Business Education Human Services Communications Public Administration Organizational Leadership Workforce Development or related field
- 5Minimum of 5 years leadership experience supervising staff managing performance and achieving organizational goals
- 6Strong communication presentation coaching and relationship building skills
- 7Ability to analyze data identify trends and implement improvement strategies
- 8Experience traveling extensively throughout Northern California
- 9Preferred experience in workforce development recruiting staffing talent acquisition higher education talent acquisition nonprofit leadership human services community development economic development career services vocational rehabilitation youth programs military transition programs sales leadership employer engagement
