The Regional Operations Director leads 8-12 urgent care locations with ~100 team members across 12 sites. This role drives market growth strategy and manages a P&L of $10-30M while reporting to the Senior Vice President of Clinical Operations. Regular travel between Long Island and NYC sites ensures consistent leadership.

- 5Oversee vendor contracts and inventory management for compliance
- 6Develop market growth strategies and improve clinical productivity
- 7Lead employee development and foster a collaborative problem-solving culture
- 8Ensure site compliance with accreditation standards and pass mock inspections
- 9Travel between urgent care offices and maintain on-site presence
Requirements8
- 1Bachelor’s degree with preferred master’s in healthcare management
- 2Minimum 5+ years of healthcare management experience managing multi-site operations
- 3Strong financial expertise and P&L responsibility
- 4Proven leadership skills with ability to motivate diverse teams
- 5Prior experience managing compensation packages up to $180,000
- 6Expertise in healthcare marketing and billing practices
- 7Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office suite
- 8Travel capability and on-site presence requirement
