The Regional Account Executive (RAE) leads growth and pharmacy pull-through in NYC and Long Island. This role drives revenue and expands accounts for Biologics by McKesson. Candidates thrive in fast-paced environments and build trusted relationships with providers.

What You'll Do14

  • 1Develop and execute a strategic territory plan to meet revenue goals
  • 2Prospect, qualify, and convert new business while growing existing accounts
  • 3Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers across oncology and multidisciplinary practices
  • 4Partner with internal sales and business units on complex opportunities including 340B prospects
  • 5Lead conversations to understand customer needs and position tailored solutions
  • 6Support new therapy launches and educate providers on specialty pharmacy resources
  • 7Serve as a trusted advisor by addressing clinical financial and operational challenges
  • 8Deliver high-touch customer experiences with proactive communication and issue resolution
  • 9Conduct regular account reviews and establish feedback loops to improve service
  • 10Build and manage a high-quality pipeline to increase win rates and deal size
  • 11Analyze wins and losses to refine sales strategy and stay ahead of market trends
  • 12Resolve customer issues in partnership with operations and leadership teams
  • 13Participate in oncology education, conferences, and professional organizations
  • 14Collaborate cross-functionally to align customer needs with internal capabilities

Requirements11

  • 1Minimum 4-year degree or equivalent work experience
  • 2Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred
  • 35+ years of healthcare sales or account management experience
  • 4Proven success in business development and account growth
  • 5Strong negotiation and influencing skills
  • 6Excellent communication and time management abilities
  • 7Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools
  • 8Ability to travel up to 80% within assigned territory
  • 9Experience in oncology rare disease specialty pharmacy environments
  • 10Knowledge of 340B and specialty pharmacy landscape
  • 11Understanding of patient access reimbursement and payer dynamics
