The Regional Medical Director leads physicians and APPs across 10–20 outpatient sites reporting to the CMO. This full‑time executive role requires ~95% administrative duties with extensive regional travel. The position focuses on advancing clinical quality operational performance and provider development.

Requirements7
- 1MD or DO with unrestricted Georgia license
- 27+ years progressive physician leadership experience
- 3Proven success leading physicians APPs clinical staff and administrative teams
- 4Experience managing multiple ambulatory practice locations
- 5Strong communication leadership and relationship‑building skills
- 6Willingness to travel throughout assigned region
- 7Graduate leadership education preferred
