- 7Partner with cross-functional teams to roll out HR programs and process improvements.
- 8Implement workforce planning strategies to stabilize staffing in high-turnover stores.
- 9Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws across your regions.
- 10Support organizational change initiatives that enhance team member experience and operational excellence.
Requirements10
- 15-7 years of progressive HR experience in multi-unit retail.
- 2Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or equivalent experience.
- 3Deep knowledge of employee relations, performance management, and talent development.
- 4Expert understanding of federal, state, and local employment laws.
- 5Track record of influencing senior leaders and building partnerships.
- 6Ability to analyze workforce data and turn insights into business actions.
- 7Strong coaching, conflict resolution, and communication skills.
- 8Excellent organization and project management skills.
- 9Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel and Word).
- 10Preferred: PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP certification.
