- 10Keep detailed records including payroll and cash transactions
- 11Supervise staff development and maintain professional standards
- 12Ensure store cleanliness and organization throughout all areas
- 13Collaborate with Store Manager on strategic initiatives
Requirements9
- 15+ years retail management experience
- 2Proven ability to interpret operational directives
- 3Retail or food service management background preferred
- 4Ability to lift 55 lbs and engage in physically demanding tasks
- 5Strong communication and leadership capabilities
- 6Excellent problem-solving skills
- 7High school diploma or equivalent
- 8Experience with POS systems and inventory management software
- 9Commitment to ADA compliance and inclusive workplace practices
