What You'll Do13
- 1Assist with store functions and day-to-day operations
- 2Help customers positively and address concerns
- 3Transfer merchandise from delivery trucks to stockroom and sales floor
- 4Perform opening and closing procedures
- 5Process corporate directives such as Pull and Hold/Destroy
- 6Maintain promotional displays and store-front fixtures
- 7Assist in ordering merchandise and handling damaged items
- 8Record keep including payroll scheduling and cash transactions
- 9Protect company assets and adhere to safety policies
- 10Supervise and train store associates
- 11Ensure cleanliness and organization of store areas
- 12Maintain bathrooms and common spaces
- 13Other duties as assigned
Requirements8
- 1High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- 2Ability to lift up to 55 lbs. from floor to shoulder height
- 3Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- 4Experience in retail, grocery, or drug store management preferred
- 5Exceptional customer service and organizational abilities
- 6Problem-solving and decision-making skills
- 7Ability to work in a high-energy team environment
