What You'll Do11
- 1Assist with store functions and day-to-day store activities
- 2Help customers in a positive approachable manner addressing questions or concerns
- 3Organize and transfer merchandise from delivery trucks to stockroom and sales floor
- 4Perform opening and closing procedures as needed
- 5Process corporate directives such as Pull HoldDestroy and Task Compliance
- 6Maintain promotional effectiveness of storefront fixtures and displays
- 7Assist in ordering merchandise process damaged items and handle payroll scheduling and cash transactions
- 8Protect company assets including store cash and secure all equipment
- 9Adhere to safety guidelines and ensure associates follow company policies
- 10Supervise train and develop store associates
- 11Maintain cleanliness including bathroom cleaning restocking and floor maintenance
Requirements8
- 1High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- 2Ability to lift up to 55 lbs. from floor to shoulder height
- 3Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- 4Experience in retail grocery or drug store environments preferred
- 5Proven leadership and problem-solving abilities
- 6Exceptional customer service and organizational skills
- 7Ability to work in a high-energy team environment
