Requirements6
- 13+ years prior retail management experience, preferred
- 2Experience with hardlines or variety merchandise; BIG BOX experience a plus
- 3Strong productivity management in freight processing, required
- 4Strong communication, interpersonal, and written skills, required
- 5Ability to work in a high-energy, team environment, required
- 6Ability to lift 30-50 lbs from floor to above shoulder height and meet physical demands including frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and repetitive lifting, with or without reasonable accommodation
