Requirements6
- 13+ years prior retail management experience preferred.
- 2Experience with hardlines or variety merchandise; BIG BOX experience a plus.
- 3Strong productivity management in freight processing required.
- 4Strong communication, interpersonal, and written skills required.
- 5Ability to work in a high-energy, team environment required.
- 6Must be able to lift 30-50 lbs from floor to above shoulder height and meet demands of frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and repetitive lifting, with or without reasonable accommodation.
