Requirements5
- 15+ years experience as a Red Cross Water Safety Instructor
- 2Certified in Red Cross Water Safety Instructor program
- 3Availability to work Saturdays and/or Sundays for minimum 4 hours weekly
- 4Strong communication skills and passion for teaching
- 5Dedication to creating inclusive swimming environments
