What You'll Do11
- 1Design and deliver swim lessons aligned with Streamline Brands curriculum using Python and React platforms
- 2Provide immediate feedback to students during pool sessions
- 3Structure class time for optimal learning outcomes
- 4Maintain strict safety protocols for all participants
- 5Train new hires in instructional methodologies
- 6Collaborate with team to improve retention rates
- 7Analyze performance metrics to identify improvement areas
- 8Utilize AWS cloud tools for scheduling and reporting
- 9Implement Kubernetes for backend systems management
- 10Develop promotional materials leveraging BCBA strategies
- 11Coordinate with local schools for group bookings
Requirements10
- 15+ years leading swim instruction programs
- 23-5 seasons of professional coaching experience
- 3Spark and Airflow proficiency for data pipeline management
- 4CPC Card certification preferred
- 5BCBA credential valued
- 6AWS Certified experience required
- 7Familiarity with React frontend frameworks
- 8Knowledge of Kubernetes container orchestration
- 9First Aid certification current within 60 days of hire
- 10Passion for youth sports development
