Recruiting Manager Cornerstone Caregiving
Overview
The Recruiting Manager will own hiring and training caregivers while managing schedules between clients and caregivers. This role reports to the local Operating Director and supports office growth in Beverly MA. You will lead recruitment efforts and provide operational assistance.
What You'll Do5
- 1Interview hire onboard and train caregivers
- 2Assist with incoming calls from prospective and current clients and caregivers
- 3Provide general operational support to the Operating Director
- 4Rotate managing phone calls after hours to ensure proper staffing
- 5Drive process improvements to enhance caregiver placement efficiency
Requirements5
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 21 year experience working in home care or healthcare
- 31 year managerial experience
- 45+ years experience with recruitment processes
- 53-5 seasons leading teams in customer service environments
