Recruiter 5, Talent Acquisition for Global Consumer Electronics Leader
Overview
The role owns the full talent acquisition lifecycle at a Fortune Global 500 consumer electronics leader, driving strategic hiring across the organization. You will partner with hiring managers, align staffing with business needs, and guide candidates through sourcing, screening, and interviewing processes. This position emphasizes strategic staffing, policy guidance, and stakeholder management, not just candidate sourcing. You will contribute to growth by consistently bringing in top talent and advising on staffing practices. Based in Plano, this onsite role is a 6-month contract with potential extension or conversion.
What You'll Do10
- 1Build strong relationships with hiring managers to align on current and future hiring needs
- 2Inform applicants about facilities operations benefits and opportunities within the organization
- 3Advise managers on staffing policies and procedures to ensure compliant, effective hiring
- 4Refer applicants to appropriate hiring personnel and provide recommendations for candidates
- 5Drive end-to-end recruitment activities from sourcing to screening and interviewing to fill openings
- 6Partner with stakeholders to forecast talent needs and influence hiring strategy
- 7Provide constructive feedback and coaching to managers and candidates to improve outcomes
- 8Ensure adherence to legal hiring policies and procedures
- 9Collaborate with HR and business leaders to support workforce planning
- 10Maintain documentation and candidate data to support hiring decisions
Requirements10
- 1Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or equivalent training
- 210+ years of customer service related experience
- 3Strong verbal and written communication and negotiation skills
- 4Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- 5Demonstrated leadership and mentoring abilities
- 6Expert knowledge of hiring policies, recruitment, selection, and training procedures
- 7Strong knowledge of business and management principles for strategic planning
- 8Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel
- 9Experience in personnel recruitment, selection, and hiring practices
- 10Strong relationship management and stakeholder communication skills
