Overview
Lead and oversee all recreational programs including lifeguard duties and aquatic facility management. Supervise staff and coordinate diverse activities such as summer camps and events. Requirements11
- 12-4 years experience managing aquatic facilities or equivalent education and experience
- 2Event planning background with proven project coordination abilities
- 3Knowledge of pool chemistry and regulatory compliance standards
- 4Familiarity with OSHA and Environmental Improvement Division regulations
- 5Strong communication skills for presenting to diverse audiences
- 6Proficiency in Microsoft Word Excel Publisher and Canva
- 7Experience with recreation management software preferred
- 8Ability to lift and move up to 25 pounds
- 9Valid CPR Pediatric First Aid and AED certification within first 90 days
- 10Reliable transportation and availability for after-hours calls
