Requirements11
- 15+ years experience building recreational programs
- 2Certified Therapeutic Recreation Specialist or equivalent
- 3Proven ability to lead diverse groups effectively
- 4Strong organizational skills for multi-faceted programming
- 5Bilingual communication skills preferred
- 6Knowledge of therapeutic recreation best practices
- 7Ability to develop inclusive activities for all abilities
- 8Experience managing budgets and resource allocation
