Recovery Specialist, 3rd Shift at EOSIS in Saint Paul
Overview
Own the nightly client support role in a residential program serving individuals on their recovery journey. You will help clients understand program responsibilities and provide guidance to promote positive outcomes at a scale of multiple residents across a behavioral health setting. Work with approachable leaders and a culture of care that emphasizes teamwork and meaningful, life-changing impact. This is a full-time role with a 3rd shift commitment in Saint Paul, MN.
What You'll Do9
- 1Build rapport with clients and transport them for admissions and appointments
- 2Provide orientation to new clients and check in personal property
- 3Perform rounds for safety including overnight checks per policy
- 4Attend shift change reports and department meetings
- 5Document client interactions and observations in electronic charting system
- 6Attend staff meetings and in-service trainings as required
- 7Assist with admissions and discharge processes
- 8Perform other duties as assigned
- 9Support department goals and contribute to a collaborative care environment
Requirements8
- 1Must be 21 years of age or older
- 2Prior work experience in a residential treatment center is helpful but not required
- 3CPR and first aid certification preferred but not required
- 4Valid driver's license and ability to drive a vehicle for up to three hours
- 5Ability to lift and move objects weighing at least 25 pounds
- 6Computer literacy in Microsoft Office Word and Excel
- 7Strong interpersonal communication skills
- 8Ability to work independently
