Overview
As a Record Center Specialist, you will own the physical records lifecycle: receiving, storing, retrieving, and shipping materials at scale, handling 100-400 containers daily. You will join a collaborative warehouse team within a records management environment, operating equipment like pick lifts and pallet jacks. Working onsite in Raleigh, NC, you will drive accuracy and safety in every order. What You'll Do10
- 1Process incoming, outgoing, and rush work orders, ensuring accuracy within your first 90 days.
- 2Scan and track cartons, files, tapes, and storage locations using RF scanning technology.
- 3Retrieve and store files, containers, and tapes to meet company deadlines.
- 4Investigate and report order or inventory discrepancies to supervisors.
- 5Prepare orders, paperwork, and shipments accurately, meeting shipping standards.
- 6Load and unload trucks and vans, moving up to 50 pounds regularly.
- 7Operate pick lifts and pallet jacks safely to move materials.
- 8Maintain organized storage racks, work areas, and equipment for safety and efficiency.
- 9Perform inventory audits and support special projects as assigned.
- 10Follow all safety, security, and company procedures, reporting incidents promptly.
Requirements10
- 1High school diploma or equivalent.
- 21-2 years of warehouse, records, logistics, or service industry experience preferred.
- 3Basic computer and scanning skills.
- 4Forklift and/or pick-lift experience preferred.
- 5Strong attention to detail and communication skills.
- 6Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- 7Lift and move 20-50 pounds regularly.
- 8Handle 100-400 containers per day.
- 9Perform frequent bending, stretching, reaching, pushing, and pulling.
- 10Stand and walk for extended periods, climb stairs, and operate material-handling equipment safely.
