Own front desk operations for a real estate property and facilities management organization in Dallas, delivering a welcoming office experience at scale. You will support daily administrative workflows, coordinate space usage, and maintain a professional environment for visitors and colleagues. What You'll Do10
- 1Build front desk operations by opening procedures and securing the space at end of day
- 2Coordinate meeting space usage and prevent booking conflicts with accurate conference room scheduling
- 3Maintain a neat and presentable reception lobby, kitchen, and meeting rooms including replenishing reading materials
- 4Monitor and restock breakroom and coffee station inventory for organized supplies
- 5Welcome visitors and redirect them appropriately with courteous, detail-oriented service
- 6Handle routine outgoing mailings and distribute tear sheets and statements promptly
- 7Keep internal contact directories and intranet resources current for employee access
- 8Communicate building-related service issues to property management or landlords as required
- 9Manage incoming calls on a multi-line phone system and respond to inquiries promptly
- 10Support calendars and room reservations with accuracy and attention to detail
Requirements7
- 1At least 3 years of experience in a receptionist front desk or office support role
- 2Ability to manage calendars and coordinate room reservations with accuracy
- 3Experience handling daily mail, email correspondence, and general administrative tasks
- 4Comfort operating a multi-line switchboard or phone system with up to 10 lines
- 5Strong organizational skills and the ability to maintain orderly shared spaces
- 6Detail-oriented verbal and written communication with a welcoming customer service style
- 7Self-motivated and able to work effectively in a fast-paced office environment with minimal supervision
