What You'll Do9

- 3Answer and direct calls and inquiries with courteous, timely communication.
- 4Perform data entry, record maintenance, and document management with high accuracy.
- 5Support patient registration and insurance documentation workflows to keep processes moving.
- 6Coordinate communication between patients, clinical staff, physicians, and administrative teams.
- 7Assist with special projects and departmental administrative functions as assigned.
- 8Maintain confidentiality and compliance with healthcare privacy standards.

Requirements8
- 1Proven experience as a Receptionist or Medical/Dental Administrative Assistant.
- 2Healthcare, dental, orthodontic, or medical office exposure preferred.
- 3Strong customer service, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- 4Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
- 5Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
