The Front Desk Receptionist will own the patient intake and front desk experience for a patient-centered dental practice. What You'll Do8

  • 1Greet patients warmly and guide them through check-in and check-out processes
  • 2Schedule, reschedule, and cancel appointments to optimize daily workflows
  • 3Verify patient information and insurance eligibility, and collect payments
  • 4Answer calls and emails professionally and respond to patient inquiries
  • 5Maintain accurate and confidential patient records in the dental system
  • 6Assist with billing, claims processing, and basic reporting tasks
  • 7Ensure reception area is clean, organized, and welcoming
  • 8Present treatment plans to patients in a clear and professional manner

Requirements7

  • 1Previous receptionist experience in a dental or healthcare setting preferred
  • 2Strong administrative skills and proficiency with dental office software (Dentrix, Eaglesoft, Open Dental) or equivalent
  • 3Knowledge of dental insurance verification and billing is a plus
  • 4Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • 5Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • 6Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
