Overview
You will own front desk operations for our plumbing company in Pittsburgh. You will manage visitor flow, phone systems, and administrative support. You will report to the office manager and work with a team of 5 office staff. This role stands out for its blend of customer service and bookkeeping duties, with hands-on use of QuickBooks and Microsoft Office. - 4Maintain organized records through data entry, spreadsheets, and word processing using Microsoft Office tools.
- 5Schedule appointments, manage calendars, and coordinate meetings for staff members or executives.
- 6Support office management tasks such as inventory control, supply ordering, and general administrative support.
- 7Assist with bookkeeping activities by utilizing QuickBooks for invoicing, expense tracking, and financial record keeping.
- 8Perform clerical duties including proofreading documents, organizing files, and managing office supplies.

- 12+ years in office management or administrative roles with a focus on front desk responsibilities.
