Overview
You own the front desk at RRD's Charlotte office, greeting visitors and managing a multi-line phone system for a global marketing and print services company. You handle Microsoft Word and Excel tasks, support clerical operations, and troubleshoot basic equipment issues. This role puts you at the center of client and staff interactions, with a focus on confidentiality and professionalism. You'll coordinate with supervisors on deadlines and handle sensitive documents, making you a key part of daily operations.
What You'll Do7
- 1Answer incoming calls on the multi-line phone system, transferring callers to the right staff.

Requirements10
- 1High school diploma or equivalent.
- 22+ years of receptionist, switchboard, or administrative assistant experience, preferably in banking, legal, or large corporate environments.
- 3Exceptional customer service skills for callers, visitors, clients, and coworkers.
- 4Ability to learn in-depth knowledge of company operations and employees.
- 5Intermediate computer skills including Microsoft Word and Excel.
- 6Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
