- 4Manage assigned budgets effectively while analyzing market conditions quarterly
- 5Conduct physical inspections of potential locations evaluating risk factors
- 6Attend municipal hearings coordinating with legal counsel and government relations
- 7Identify successful locations using creative strategies and indicator analysis
- 8Drive adaptive reuse opportunities and implement change management processes
- 9Participate in long-term growth planning and cultural transformation initiatives
- 10Maintain consistent in-person presence and attend all client site visits
- 11Collaborate with real estate reps and SVP leadership for acquisition success
Requirements8
- 1Minimum 10 years commercial real estate experience with big box retail specialization
- 25+ years lease and contract negotiation expertise
- 3Active AZ Real Estate License with excellent organizational skills
- 4Proficient English speaking and reading abilities
- 5Valid driver's license and clean motor vehicle record
- 6Background check clearance and drug screening eligibility
- 710+ years experience in property evaluation and market analysis
- 8Demonstrated ability to exceed client expansion objectives
