Assistant Property Manager CBRE Phoenix Financial Operations
Overview
Manage diverse financial activities for a large market to drive performance and client satisfaction. Operate buildings on behalf of clients while acting as liaison between field staff and accounting services. Oversee budgeting reporting and vendor invoice processing. Lead compliance reviews and provide customer support for complex inquiries. Apply standard principles to solve routine problems and impact team quality.
What You'll Do12
- 1Perform coordinate and supervise administrative processes and financial functions across regions and departments
- 2Act as liaison between field management staff client accounting services and management
- 3Oversee preparation of budgets monthly reports and financial projects
- 4Manage coding and processing of vendor invoices billing expense reports and accounts receivables
- 5Review and monitor data reports including Accounts Receivable Income EBITDA pipeline and other business metrics
- 6Evaluate income and expense trends to identify profitability improvement opportunities
- 7Schedule internal compliance reviews report outcomes and collaborate with management to enhance operation compliance
- 8Serve as point of contact for complex inquiries from internal and external clients
- 9Apply general knowledge of standard principles to accomplish tasks and solve routine problems
- 10Lead by example modeling behaviors aligned with CBRE RISE values
- 11Convince stakeholders to reach agreements
- 12Impact own and team quality through standardized procedures and meeting deadlines
Requirements7
- 1Bachelor's Degree preferred with 2-5 years relevant experience
- 2In lieu of degree combination of experience and education acceptable
- 3Understanding of existing procedures and standards to solve slightly complex problems
- 4Ability to analyze solutions using technical experience and apply appropriate judgment
- 5In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products such as Word Excel Outlook
- 6Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset
