Overview
Lead the operations behind a growing real estate business, owning the systems that keep transactions moving and teams accountable. You'll report to ownership, manage the full ops stack from SOPs to budgets, and drive scalability as the company expands. 3-5 years of operations or leadership experience plus real estate familiarity puts you ahead.
What You'll Do7
- 1Build and manage the systems that run the business: transaction workflows, client communication, and document control.
- 2Oversee transactions from contract to close, coordinating buyers, sellers, and agents for a smooth experience.
- 3Own budgets, financial reporting, and KPIs, presenting numbers that guide decisions.
- 4Create SOPs, workflows, and training materials that scale the team's output.
- 5Recruit, onboard, coach, and hold administrative staff accountable for performance.
- 6Drive sales ops: track lead generation, marketing ROI, and agent activity to hit revenue targets.
- 7Partner with ownership on problem-solving and process improvement at the operational level.
Requirements6
- 13+ years in operations, project management, or leadership, with a track record of organizing complex workflows.
- 2Strong financial skills: budget management, P&L analysis, and reporting with tools like Excel or QuickBooks.
- 3Proven ability to lead projects and hold cross-functional teams accountable for deadlines.
- 4Exceptional communication and relationship-building, with a focus on client experience.
- 5Comfort juggling multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment.
- 6Real estate license or industry experience preferred.
