Overview

What You'll Do12
- 1Lead quality initiatives and oversee the entire quality management system
- 2Maintain ISO certification through continuous monitoring and improvement

- 4Perform first article and non-conformance inspections with detailed reporting
- 5Verify compliance of products before external service release
- 6Document inspection results and analyze trends for corrective actions
- 7Operate advanced measurement equipment and calibrate tools regularly
- 8Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues
- 9Ensure adherence to specifications using technical drawings and engineering documents
- 10Implement quality control methods including first article and process inspections
- 11Manage documentation in quality databases and track KPIs
- 12Adapt to changing production environments and handle unexpected challenges
Requirements9
- 1Minimum three years experience as a QC Inspector in manufacturing
- 2Proficiency with GD&T geometry and trigonometry
- 3Working knowledge of inspection tools such as gauges meters and calipers
- 4Ability to interpret technical drawings and engineering specifications
- 5Experience with MS Word and ERP systems
- 6High school diploma or equivalent GED
- 7Strong verbal and written communication skills
- 8Analytical mindset with attention to detail
- 9Three years of experience in quality control roles
