- 1Oversee QMS compliance with AS9100 and internal standards
- 2Manage audits and corrective actions across both business units
- 3Drive defect reduction and cost of poor quality initiatives
- 4Lead root cause analysis and implement preventive solutions
- 5Develop and mentor quality inspectors engineers and technicians
- 6Maintain documentation for traceability and regulatory requirements
- 7Partner with customers to address quality issues and manage SCARs
- 8Analyze KPIs and provide data-driven insights to leadership
- 9Drive process improvements through collaboration with production and engineering
- 10Ensure supplier quality through reviews and resolution processes
- 11Promote accountability and continuous improvement culture
Requirements7
- 17+ years quality experience in manufacturing with AS9100 or ISO certification
- 22+ years leadership experience preferred
- 3Proficiency with IPC/WHMA-A-620 and J-STD-001 standards
- 4Strong technical skills in root cause analysis and corrective actions
- 5Experience with Microsoft Office and ERP systems
- 6Familiarity with inspection tools such as calipers and micrometers
- 7Excellent communication and organizational abilities
