The Quality Manager leads the Quality Management System to achieve ISO 9001 compliance and exceed customer expectations. This role drives continuous improvement and ensures product quality across the organization. It focuses on fostering a culture of excellence and delivering superior results.
What You'll Do15
- 1Lead and manage the Quality function while maintaining ISO 9001 certification through continuous improvement
- 2Analyze warranty data and customer issues to drive corrective actions and enhance product reliability
- 3Conduct root cause analysis and implement CAPA processes to resolve issues effectively
- 4Ensure compliance with global regulations and internal quality standards
- 5Partner with cross-functional leaders to integrate QMS throughout the organization
- 6Develop quality programs and present metrics to leadership
- 7Manage quality reviews and lead management review processes
- 8Act as subject matter expert providing real-time problem solving
- 9Review and approve procedures audit reports and customer agreements
- 10Stay current on quality standards through ongoing education
- 11Lead ISO and customer audits including preparation and follow-up actions
- 12Maintain and improve quality documentation within the QMS
- 13Conduct QMS training programs for employees
- 14Support data collection for business decisions and operational improvements
- 15Drive continuous improvement initiatives in manufacturing environments
Requirements11
- 1Minimum 5 years of experience in quality leadership within manufacturing
- 2Bachelor's Degree in relevant field with engineering preference
- 3Certification in Quality or Lean Manufacturing
- 4Experience with ISO systems such as ISO 9001 14001 45001 13485
- 5Six Sigma Green Belt certification preferred
- 6Proven track record in Lean manufacturing and Kaizen events
- 7Strong analytical and communication skills
- 8Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- 9Demonstrated ability to influence change across cross-functional teams
- 10Experience with ISO and customer audit processes
- 11Commitment to advancing into senior leadership roles
