The Quality Manager leads the Quality Management System ensuring product quality across divisions. This role owns ISO 9001:2015 certification and coordinates cross‑functional initiatives. It drives continuous improvement and compliance while collaborating with Sales Operations and Engineering.
What You'll Do24
- 1Maintain ISO 9001:2015 certification through audits training and SOP development
- 2Integrate API Specification Q1 and 11D1 updates into the QMS
- 3Develop training matrices aligned with internal ISO and API standards
- 4Lead audits across all departments to verify procedural compliance
- 5Manage nonconformance reviews root cause analyses and corrective actions
- 6Investigate customer complaints and field nonconformances providing resolution plans
- 7Provide in‑person customer support alongside Sales Operations and Engineering
- 8Update field nonconformance logs and oversee product inspection processes
- 9Establish quality metrics that drive daily awareness and continuous improvement
- 10Support R&D and production during design and commercialization phases
- 11Oversee facility quality management through the Manufacturing Quality Manager
- 12Implement separate QMS for overseas sites meeting regional specifications
- 13Collaborate with support groups to complete quality projects
- 14Ensure workplace safety and adherence to legal regulations
- 15Maintain regulatory and professional standards
- 16Plan and implement QMS processes and systems
- 17Perform inspections of purchased parts using measurement tools and document results
- 18Calibrate test equipment and monitor critical instrumentation
- 19Require a bachelor’s degree in science or engineering
- 20Obtain Quality Manager CMQ/OE or Quality Engineer certification
- 21Accumulate seven years of manufacturing experience with preference for ten years
- 22Demonstrate ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment
- 23Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders
- 24Travel outside North America as needed

- 1Bachelor’s degree in science or engineering
- 2CMQ/OE or Quality Engineer certification preferred
- 3Seven plus years manufacturing experience with ten years preferred
- 4ISO/API certification experience required with implementation preference
- 5Fluent English reading writing and speaking skills
- 6Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Word and Excel proficiency
- 7Ability to handle multiple deadlines in a dynamic setting
- 8Professional communication and liaison skills
- 9Minimal supervision capability
- 10Strong verbal and written communication abilities
- 11Willingness to travel outside North America
