What You'll Do9

  • 1Build and inspect new homes throughout construction to meet Valor’s quality standards and reduce defects before closing.
  • 2Design and implement quality checks with Builders and trade partners to address issues promptly.
  • 3Track inspection items and drive issues to completion within scheduled timelines.
  • 4Serve as primary point of contact for homeowners regarding warranty concerns and communicate clearly to resolve issues.
  • 5Coordinate trade partners and vendors to complete warranty repairs and ensure workmanship meets standards.
  • 6Perform minor hands-on repairs including drywall, paint touch-ups, adjustments, and small warranty items.
  • 7Follow up after repairs to ensure customer satisfaction and prevent repeat issues.
  • 8Scale quality assurance practices across South Atlanta communities to maintain consistency.
  • 9Document processes and maintain accurate records for audits and continuous improvement.

Requirements10

  • 1Experience in residential construction, homebuilding, quality control, warranty, or customer service
  • 2Strong understanding of construction processes, workmanship standards, and common residential warranty issues
  • 3Excellent communication and customer-service skills
  • 4Ability to handle difficult homeowner conversations professionally and work toward practical resolutions
  • 5Strong attention to detail, organization, and follow-through
  • 6Comfortable managing multiple homes, warranty items, trade partners, and deadlines
  • 7Hands-on ability to complete minor repairs, including drywall and paint touch-ups
  • 8Must have your own basic tools
  • 9Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and ability to travel between communities throughout the South Atlanta area
  • 10Dependable, accountable, and able to work independently in the field
