What You'll Do8

- 6Identify and document non-conformances collaborate with production teams on corrective actions
- 7Maintain accurate records generate inspection reports and ensure compliance with industry standards like ISO AS9100
- 8Promote a safe organized workspace and contribute to process improvements for efficiency
Requirements7
- 1Minimum 3-5 years of inspection experience in a manufacturing environment with proven expertise in manual and CNC CMM operations
- 2Strong leadership abilities with experience supervising or mentoring teams
- 3Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail for high-precision quality work
- 4Proficient in reading blueprints and using metrology software such as PC-DMIS
- 5High school diploma or equivalent technical certifications like ASQ Certified Quality Inspector preferred
- 6Excellent verbal and written communication for team collaboration and reporting
- 7Commitment to safety and quality in a fast-paced setting
