Quality Inspector - CMM/Vision Systems
Overview
Allan Aircraft requires AS9100D certified employees to manage precision component inspections ensuring conformance with engineering drawings and aerospace standards. What You'll Do11
- 1Perform detailed inspections of precision-machined components to verify adherence to engineering drawings and specifications
- 2Interpret GD&T and technical documentation to assess product conformity
- 3Program and maintain digital inspection systems including Keyence IM/VR Series and Oasis Vision Systems
- 4Develop and optimize inspection protocols for accurate measurement results
- 5Analyze inspection data and document findings in compliance with aerospace requirements
- 6Identify nonconforming conditions and recommend corrective actions
- 7Collaborate with machinists and engineers to resolve inspection challenges
- 8Verify product compliance before release to ensure quality standards are met
- 9Maintain accurate quality records and traceability documentation
- 10Participate in continuous process improvement initiatives
- 11Support department-specific responsibilities outlined in AS9100D clauses
