Overview
Own end-to-end QA automation for healthcare software at scale within a collaborative scrum team. You will design, configure, and debug automation frameworks to support clinical care improvements and health outcomes. What You'll Do10

- 3Collaborate with a Scrum team including the Scrum Master, Product Owner, and engineers to deliver reliable software on schedule
- 4Debug production issues and contribute to root cause analysis to prevent recurrence
- 5Scale automated test coverage for new features and integrations while ensuring performance and reliability
- 6Ship high-quality software by validating requirements and risks through automated regression tests
- 7Own quality metrics and report on test outcomes and quality indicators
- 8Lead efforts to improve test data management and environment provisioning in healthcare contexts
- 9Analyze, design, configure, and maintain QA processes and tooling to support rapid care innovations
- 10Partner with QA peers to raise the bar on automation maturity across the healthcare platform
Requirements9
- 15+ years of QA or software testing experience in healthcare software
- 2Strong background in automation frameworks and scripting languages used in testing
- 3Experience with configuration, debugging, and maintaining automation for new or existing healthcare systems
- 4Familiarity with Scrum or Agile development and working within a cross-functional team
- 5Ability to analyze requirements, design tests, and validate healthcare software for patient safety and data integrity
- 6Excellent collaboration and communication skills to work with product owners, analysts, and engineers
- 7Experience in healthcare data standards and compliance considerations is a plus
- 8Onsite in Minneapolis, Minnesota with contract-based engagement
- 9Proven track record of delivering high-quality software on a rapid schedule
