What You'll Do10
- 1Conduct quality and food safety inspections throughout the facility

- 5Calibrate equipment including scales and thermometers
- 6Conduct GMP sanitation and food safety audits
- 7Perform pre-operational inspections and production quality checks
- 8Ensure proper labeling storage and handling of products
- 9Support corrective actions and continuous improvement initiatives
- 10Assist in maintaining audit and inspection readiness
Requirements7
- 1High School Diploma or GED required
- 21-3 years of quality assurance food manufacturing or food safety experience preferred
- 3Knowledge of GMPs HACCP and food safety programs preferred
- 4Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- 5Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- 6Basic Microsoft Office proficiency required
- 7Bilingual Spanish preferred
