QA Associate, Food Manufacturing & GMP
Overview
QA Associate owns product quality and food safety checks on a Monday–Friday, 3:00 AM–11:30 AM shift in a food manufacturing plant. You will inspect production processes, complete documentation, and monitor GMP standards across sanitation, labeling, and product specs. Working on a fast-paced line, you will identify and report issues before they reach customers. This role offers steady hours at $22/hour with direct impact on a compliant production environment.
What You'll Do6
- 1Inspect products and production processes for quality and food safety compliance from the start of shift.
- 2Complete QA checks and maintain accurate records and documentation on each batch.
- 3Monitor GMP, sanitation, labeling, and product standards line-by-line.
- 4Identify and report any quality or food safety issues immediately to shift leads.
- 5Support a clean, safe, and compliant production environment by following protocols.
- 6Own the first 90 days: master inspection procedures and reduce defect callouts by 20%.
Requirements6
- 1QA or food manufacturing experience preferred.
- 2Strong attention to detail and communication skills.
- 3Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- 4Comfortable with early morning shift, 3:00 AM–11:30 AM.
- 5Basic math and reading skills for documentation.
- 6Physical stamina to stand and walk for the full shift.
