- 1Build automation and manual test strategies and drive implementation with standard practices
- 2Design and implement quality governance, gates, risk assessments, production signoffs, and KPI tracking
- 3Lead collaboration with developers and QE analysts to capture system requirements and ensure quality from test planning to production
- 4Shape testing plans for large enterprise software programs and ensure alignment with stakeholders
- 5Own the quality testing lifecycle and mentor junior QA engineers to maintain high standards
- 6Scale automation coverage across modules and ensure reliable CI/CD integration
- 7Drive best practices in test data management, test environments, and reporting
- 8Debug complex defects and coordinate rapid root cause analysis during sprints
- 9Ship high quality software releases by enforcing rigorous testing before signoff
- 10Partner with QA Managers and Leads to improve processes and governance
Requirements9
- 1Onsite in Chicago, IL with payroll setup
- 2Experience delivering enterprise software testing programs with an automation-first approach
- 3Proven ability to design and implement automation and manual test strategies
- 4Experience collaborating with developers and QE analysts to translate requirements into test plans
- 5Strong understanding of quality governance, risk assessment, and production signoffs
- 6Ability to mentor others and lead cross functional testing efforts
- 7Familiarity with CI/CD and test automation tools in an enterprise context
- 8Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- 9Bachelors degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
