QA Lead, Automation Testing
Overview
You will own QA strategy and automation for a 12-month engagement in Phoenix, AZ. You will lead a team of testers while building and executing automated test suites with Selenium and Java. This role combines hands-on automation with leadership, reporting directly to the program director and influencing release quality across multiple scrum teams. You will define test plans, manage defect lifecycle, and drive continuous improvement in a fast-paced delivery environment.
What You'll Do8

Requirements7
- 110+ years of QA/testing experience with at least 3+ years as a QA Lead or Manager.
- 2Hands-on QA automation experience with Selenium and Java is mandatory.
- 3Proven ability to design test strategies and test plans for complex web applications.
- 4Strong understanding of STLC, SDLC, and defect management using Jira.
- 5Experience with API testing tools such as Postman or Rest Assured.
- 6Excellent communication and leadership skills to coordinate cross-functional teams.
- 7Ability to work onsite in Phoenix, AZ for a 12-month contract.
Salary Insight
