What You'll Do11
- 1Build relationships with vendors and execute prep recipes to company standards
- 2Ensure proper stocking of deliveries using proper rotation techniques
- 3Conduct quality line checks to verify product availability and storage compliance
- 4Coordinate food beverage and supply purchases between operations departments
- 5Maintain clean walk in freezer and storage areas at all times
- 6Operate ethically to protect Hard Rock brand image
- 7Present professional image to employees guests clients owners and investors
- 8Manage CBORD inventory system and track consumable and non consumable products
- 9Execute timely delivery while maintaining cost effectiveness and quality standards
- 10Partner with corporate R&D to ensure contract adherence and understand cafe needs
- 11Adhere to company policies for minimizing financial risk
Requirements10
- 1High School diploma or GED equivalent
- 2Working knowledge of CBORD
- 3Minimum 5 years consumable product procurement experience
- 4Strong Microsoft Office skills Word Outlook Excel
- 5Ability to work in fast paced environment
- 6Multiple language abilities fluency in English required
- 7Physical stamina for standing walking kneeling bending and lifting up to 10 pounds
- 8Experience with inventory management systems
- 9Understanding of food safety protocols
