Punch List Technician Jobsite Support
Overview
JTS Build & Design seeks a dependable field professional to maintain clean organized safe jobsites. This role supports production by handling cleanup material organization minor repairs and punch list tasks. The ideal candidate is hands-on practical and dedicated to delivering high quality homes.
What You'll Do11
- 1Open and close jobsites as needed
- 2Keep active jobsites clean organized and presentable
- 3Separate organize and track leftover materials on site
- 4Move materials tools and supplies to appropriate areas
- 5Help control material waste and avoid unnecessary purchases
- 6Complete punch list tasks and small repairs as assigned
- 7Support site prep before trades inspections and project milestones
- 8Run local errands for materials supplies or jobsite needs
- 9Assist with basic carpentry finish work hardware touch ups and minor field tasks
- 10Ensure each job site is safe secure and ready for the next trade
- 11Communicate jobsite needs issues photos and updates to leadership
Requirements11
- 1Hands-on residential construction carpentry handyman punch list or field support experience
- 2Comfortable working on active residential jobsites
- 3Ability to clean organize lift move materials and stay physically active
- 4Basic knowledge of tools materials and residential construction workflow
- 5Strong work ethic and willingness to help wherever needed
- 6Dependent punctual and able to follow directions
- 7Good judgment and pride in keeping jobsites clean and professional
- 8Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- 9Authorized to work legally in the U.S.
- 10Spanish language skills are a plus
- 11Full time Monday Friday with occasional Saturdays
