What You'll Do8
- 1Install and repair faucets, sinks, toilets, and garbage disposals in occupied homes
- 2Replace and install water heaters, shower valves, and plumbing fixtures
- 3Diagnose and repair leaks, drains, and minor water lines without supervision
- 4Complete kitchen and bath remodels including fixture upgrades
- 5Patch drywall, match texture, and apply paint after plumbing work
- 6Perform finish carpentry, trim, caulking, and door hardware installation
- 7Communicate professionally with homeowners and provide a five-star experience
- 8Maintain a clean, respectful work area and use PPE per company standards
Requirements8
- 13+ years of residential plumbing experience
- 2Strong handyman skills across drywall, carpentry, and painting
- 3Diagnose plumbing issues independently and work without oversight
