What You'll Do8
- 1Diagnose residential plumbing issues quickly and thoroughly using PEX, copper, and DWV systems.
- 2Present repair or replacement options with confidence, explaining features and benefits, and get agreement before starting work.
- 3Install and repair water heaters, faucets, toilets, tubs, sinks, garbage disposals, and gas lines.
- 4Build estimates and document job details in the company's field management software.
- 5Maintain clean, code-compliant workmanship and keep the service truck stocked and fueled.
- 6Communicate clearly and professionally with homeowners, ensuring a tidy work area and respectful interaction.
- 7Transport materials and tools to each job site and account for all equipment.
- 8Follow company systems and checklists to ensure consistent service quality.
Requirements7
- 13-5 years of residential service plumbing experience, not just new construction or commercial.
- 2High School diploma or GED preferred; equivalent experience or training considered.
- 3Strong communication skills comfortable talking with homeowners about plumbing issues.
