What You'll Do9
- 1Maintain public areas food beverage outlets banquet spaces and restrooms ensuring they are clean neat and well supplied
- 2Submit maintenance issues to engineering and notify housekeeping management
- 3Periodically inspect lobby restrooms and staff changing rooms ensuring cleanliness and proper restocking
- 4Remove all trash from back of house offices and vacuum carpets dust surfaces in offices
- 5Answer guest requests and direct them appropriately within the lobby
- 6Operate computer equipment and demonstrate knowledge of HotSOS if available
- 7Collaborate with other departments to provide clear communication and effective teamwork
- 8Lift and carry items up to 40 pounds as needed
- 9Work flexible schedules including days evenings weekends and holidays
Requirements7
- 1Prior experience in housekeeping or professional cleaning especially in luxury hotels or resorts
- 2Strong personal presentation and interpersonal skills
- 3Excellent time management abilities multitask and adapt to changing conditions
- 4Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- 5Proficiency with all necessary computer equipment
- 6Willingness to learn HotSOS if not already familiar
- 7US work authorization required
