Requirements11
- 13-5 years management experience in hotel housekeeping with 3+ years as Assistant Executive Housekeeper
- 2Expertise in leading large fast-paced environments with strong organizational skills
- 3Proven ability to manage budgets and inventory effectively
- 4Strong leadership and communication abilities with mathematical proficiency
- 5Physical capability to lift 25 pounds repeatedly throughout shift
- 6Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- 7Familiarity with POS systems and hotel operational software
- 8Certification in hospitality management or relevant field preferred
- 9Experience with vendor negotiations and contract management
- 10Ability to work collaboratively in diverse team settings
