Overview
Provide exceptional service to guests from arranging tables and chairs to cleaning and vacuuming. Set-up and execution of banquet functions while attending to guest needs. Harmoniously work with co-workers and supervisors.
What You'll Do5
- 1Set-up and break down tables chairs buffets skirting and props as specified by banquet event order
- 2Stock linen china silver and glassware ensuring good condition
- 3Maintain cleanliness and condition of banquet function spaces according to maintenance programs
- 4Retrieve meeting materials props crates and boxes from receiving area and store them safely
- 5Comply with Four Seasons’ Category One and Category Two Work Rules and Standards of Conduct
Requirements5
- 1High school education or equivalent experience
- 2Minimum one year food service or related work
- 3Previous banquet experience preferred
- 4Ability to follow detailed instructions regarding room set-up
- 5Ability to lift up to 70lbs
