What You'll Do8
- 1Clean all hard and textile surfaces in public areas, including restrooms, using approved chemicals and following MSDS standards.
- 2Remove fingerprints and smudges from windows and doorways to maintain a polished appearance.
- 3Keep furniture and hard surfaces organized and debris-free, ensuring floors are spotless.
- 4Vacuum and spot-clean carpets to address stains and maintain fabric freshness.
- 5Empty waste receptacles throughout public areas and replace liners as needed.
- 6Sanitize employee break rooms and restrooms, following EarthView sustainability guidelines.
- 7Follow bloodborne pathogen protection procedures and wear required PPE.
- 8Respond to guest room requests for additional cleaning or supplies within 30 minutes.
Requirements6
- 1High school diploma or equivalent.
- 21+ year of housekeeping or janitorial experience in a hotel or commercial setting preferred.
- 3Ability to stand, walk, push, lift up to 25 pounds, bend, reach, stoop, kneel, or crouch for extended periods.
- 4Familiarity with MSDS and safe chemical handling procedures.
- 5Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as scheduled.
- 6Commitment to following OSHA safety standards and using protective equipment.
