You will own the full spectrum of psychiatric care for a caseload of patients across Pennsylvania, delivering evidence-based treatment via telehealth. You will operate with clinical autonomy, supported by experienced psychiatrists and peer case reviews, within a technology-enabled psychiatry network. What You'll Do8
- 1Evaluate and treat patients with conditions such as depression, anxiety, ADHD, insomnia, PTSD, and bipolar disorder, performing comprehensive psychiatric assessments.
- 2Create and execute tailored treatment plans, combining medication and brief psychotherapy, in collaboration with other mental health and medical professionals.
- 3Promote an environment of compassion, respect, and empathy in all patient interactions and care approaches.
- 4Integrate novel evidence-based treatments and explore new therapeutic techniques and technologies to enhance patient outcomes.
- 5Participate in case reviews with peers and physicians to refine clinical skills and foster continuous learning.
- 6Document patient encounters accurately in the EHR system, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
- 7Manage medication regimens, including monitoring for efficacy and side effects, and adjust as needed.
- 8Collaborate with the care team to coordinate comprehensive care, including referrals to specialists and community resources.
Requirements10
- 1Active, unrestricted license as a PMHNP in Pennsylvania.
- 2Board certification as a PMHNP (ANCC).
- 3Active DEA registration.
- 4At least 1 year of professional experience practicing as a PMHNP.
- 5Commitment to a minimum 1-year tenure.
- 6Comfort providing care remotely via telehealth.
- 7Strong clinical assessment, diagnostic, and medication management skills.
- 8Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
