What You'll Do9
- 1Perform comprehensive psychiatric assessments via telehealth and document findings.
- 2Develop personalized treatment plans incorporating PMHNP expertise and evidence-based practices.
- 3Prescribe and manage psychotropic medications, adjusting regimens based on patient response.
- 4Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of therapists and prescribers during monthly staffing meetings.
- 5Attend at least one clinical conference weekly for the first 90 days, then monthly thereafter.
- 6Maintain accurate and timely electronic health records for all patient encounters.
- 7Adhere to state and federal regulations, ethical standards, and company policies.
- 8Communicate effectively with patients and team members via secure telehealth platforms.
- 9Participate in virtual clinical team meetings to discuss complex cases and share insights.
Requirements7
- 1Active PMHNP license and willingness to obtain additional state licenses as needed.
- 2Prior PMHNP experience preferred but not required.
- 3Strong clinical background in psychiatry, including diagnosis and psychopharmacology.
- 4Familiarity with non-pharmacological interventions and holistic care approaches.
- 5Ability to work collaboratively with diverse healthcare professionals.
- 6Solid computer and basic technology skills for telehealth delivery.
- 7Excellent verbal and written communication, organizational, and time management skills.
