What You'll Do10
- 1Build and manage patient appointments to optimize daily clinic operations and reduce wait times
- 2Welcome patients at check-in and address routine questions to improve patient experience
- 3Maintain and update medical records with high accuracy and confidentiality
- 4Communicate upcoming visits, scheduling changes, and appointment availability to patients
- 5Review insurance information and support referral and verification activities before scheduled services
- 6Collaborate with clinical and administrative staff to maintain organized patient flow throughout the day
- 7Support patient scheduling in a healthcare or medical office environment
- 8Assist with front-desk patient services and general administrative tasks
- 9Utilize an EHR system to ensure documentation is complete and accessible
- 10Ensure strong communication, organization, and customer service in a patient-facing setting
Requirements7
- 1Experience supporting patient scheduling in a healthcare or medical office environment
- 2Ability to manage patient medical records with a high level of accuracy and confidentiality
- 3Prior experience with an EHR system, preferably Care Logic
- 4Working knowledge of appointment coordination and front-desk patient assistance
- 5Familiarity with patient check-in procedures and general administrative support tasks
- 6Experience handling insurance referrals and benefit verification processes
- 7Strong communication, organization, and customer service skills in a patient-facing setting
